Amazon Prime Video has officially announced that it will make its debut in live sports with Indian Territory Rights for New Zealand cricket from the years 2025 and 2026. The company has officially named the Indian rights of New Zealand cricket and now users will also be able to enjoy the live cricket match on Prime Video. Let us know that Amazon Prime Video has become the first streaming service in India to secure exclusive live cricket rights from the Cricket Board, which is a special thing in itself.
The report revealed that this multi-year deal between Amazon and the New Zealand Cricket Board would give Amazon Prime Video the right to stream all international matches played in New Zealand. This includes both ODI, T20, and international formats, both men and women, starting in late 2021.
The deal also includes Team India's tour of New Zealand in early 2022 and another tour, dates for which will be announced later. The rights for the 2020–2021 season, starting later this month, are intended to be syndicated by Amazon. Gaurav Gandhi, director and country general manager of Amazon Prime Video, said that 'Amazon Prime Video has become a destination for world-class entertainment in India, be it our Amazon original series or the biggest blockbuster movies.'

We are thrilled to work with New Zealand cricket in this endeavor as they have a strong, passionate, and much-loved cricket team and the cricketing rivalry between the two countries has been fantastic.
